Moroccan.

Morocca has a rich history and culture.  Equally rich are the colors and textures that enhance their interiors.  The seductive patterns and designs are warm, energetic and welcoming.

Colorful patterned tile covers the bathtub area and infuses the space with an exotic flair.  The small chest with inlaid camel bone displays meticulous workmanship and enhances the global chic aesthetic.  The look is reminiscent of far flung travels.  If this were my bathroom, I would feel as though I were on a perputual vacation!

The oversized, punched-metal Moroccan lantern demands attention and is an eye-catching focal point.  It provides the element of surprise in an otherwise traditional space.  It's like the spice on top of your favorite dish that adds flavor and brings the dish, or should I say "room", to life.

Vibrant rich colors play off a stark white background creating a wonderfully warm, relaxed, exotic feel.  The look is striking and modern.

In Ellen Pompeo's dining room, Moroccan lanterns hover above the rectangular table and are then reflected in the large mirror propped against the wall, intensifying their impact on the decor.

The eclectic living room contrasts ethnic textiles and a Moroccan lantern with more traditional architectural elements.  I love the light wood herringbone floor.  The fan, propped on the small table, leads me to believe the room must be located in some sunny exotic locale.

With a sultry flair, this Moroccan inspired bedroom utilizes a small antique table as a bedside table, a decorative shawl as a bedspread and a sheer panel to separate the bedroom and dressing area.  Combined with the warm color palette, the room has an inviting, yet sultry feel.

The Moroccan lantern adds texture and history to this current modern kitchen, full of sleek and glossy finishesThe orange barstools adds that unexpected pop of color.

Exotic touches add flair to this fun quirky space.  It's definitely a casual mixture of disparate elements that verges on chaos.
